The illustration reflects the landscape of Tuscany, the surroundings of the Cappella della Madonna di Vitaleta in Val d’Orcia, Siena, and behind, the imposing Tupungato volcano in Mendoza. Represents the origins and place from where our ancestors came, and where they arrived.
The three varieties ferment separately in small concrete vats. Then the blend is made, and 40% of the volumen is aged for 12 months in used French oak barrels.
Sangiovese from La Arboleda, while the Syrah and the Merlot comes from La Consulta, all within Uco Valley.
