NicolÒ Brunetto

Inspired by great wines, it is a blend of Sangiovese with Syrah and Merlot, the latter two, co-fermented. Cuore italiano, anima argentina.

The image of the label is in memory of Nicolò Brunetto, cook of the Ugolino Vivaldi, ship that used to do the route from southern Italy to the port of Buenos Aires in which Santo Isgró, father of Federico, came to Argentina. It represents how those immigrants came to our country

without rules

Fermentation of the Sangiovese in small concrete vats, while the Syrah and Merlot are co-fermented in small bins. In both cases we used soft delestages and punch downs made by hand. Full malolactic fermentation.
